A natural ruby with a ravishing dark red colour, surrounded by two row halo of brilliant cut diamonds, with further diamonds to the shoulders and shank. Ring comes with an Anchor cert report for the Ruby stone stating it untreated and from Madagascar. Your ring comes with a full gemstone report for the Ruby, dated 21st of November 2018 by AnchorCert Birmingham.
The untreated red ruby measuring 8.01mm x 6.01mm and weighing 1.20cts, the vivid-red ruby has an assessed colour grade of 5.5 and features a selection of the usual inclusions visible using the loupe.
We fell in love with the diamond scalloped band and open work shoulders. The millegrain detailing all around gives this ring not only a regal brilliance but also a romantic Victorian feel.
The total weight of the diamonds are 0.52cts, all of very good colour and clarity to the naked eye. Estimated quality grade range of stones on the double halo surrounds are G-H color and VS2-SI1 clarity.
