Where are necklaces are modern-day made, they are crafted by hand using the very same techniques as old. So diamonds are cut in the old rose way, and are predominantly set in silver as they would have been in Victorian times to make them shine to their best ability. Coloured stones are also often set in silver, and the the main body of the piece including the bale is fashioned from solid gold - either yellow gold or rose gold

The Victorians loved their animal and insect pendants and their sporting themed jewellery, and we stock beautiful gemstone bee pendants, a wonderful diamond and ruby studded fox head necklace, a pair of lovely and discreet turtles pendants with either sapphire or ruby and a beautiful swallow necklace in rose gold and diamond.
